1-Year Thailand Marriage Visa

The Thailand Marriage Visa, also known as the Thailand Non-Immigrant O Visa, is issued to US nationals who are legally married to a Thai national. This visa allows you to remain in Thailand with your spouse and provides the option to apply for a Thai work permit to gain employment in the country, but this visa must be renewed each year in order for you to continue residing in Thailand.

1-Year Thailand Retirement Visa

The Thailand Retirement Visa, also known as the Thailand Non-Immigrant OA Visa, is issued to US retirees who are 50 years of age or older. This visa allows you to reside in Thailand for one year at a time, with the option to renew annually. Also, as it is a type of retirement visa, employment of any kind is strictly prohibited.

Destination Thailand Visa (DTV Visa Thailand)

The Destination Thailand Visa, also known as the DTV Visa Thailand, is issued to digital professionals, remote workers, and individuals taking part in Thai cultural activities and programs. It is a 5-year multiple-entry visa that grants a stay of 180 days per entry into Thailand, with the option to extend for another 180 days at the immigration office.

You may also bring your immediate family members by having them apply under the Dependent category of the DTV. However, employment in Thailand is not permitted under this visa. With that said, you are allowed to work for foreign employers or clients abroad while living in the Kingdom.

Thailand Long-Term Resident Visa

The Thailand Long-Term Resident Visa, also known as the LTR Visa Thailand, is offered under four categories designed for digital nomads, investors, retirees, and professionals. It is valid for 10 years and includes a renewable five-year multiple-entry permit that allows you to travel in and out of Thailand without needing to apply for a re-entry permit each time.

This visa also provides several advantages, such as annual reporting to the immigration office instead of the standard 90 days, fast-track at international airports, and reduced income tax rates for Highly Skilled Professionals.

Thailand Elite Visa

The Thailand Elite Visa is a type of long-term tourist visa offered through membership packages lasting from 5 to 20 years. It provides a wide range of VIP privileges that make long-term residence in Thailand more convenient, enjoyable, and rewarding.

The Elite Visa program offers hassle-free long-term residency paired with luxury benefits.
